Emergency tree service
Strong wind, storm, a branch about to fall: call Cédric directly on +33 6 16 26 48 93 to have it made safe.

Emergency situations
- A tree has fallen or been uprooted
- A broken branch is hanging in the tree or resting on a roof
- A tree is blocking an entrance, a road or a car park
- A tree has leaned sharply after a storm
What to do, in order
- 1
Keep away
Don't stay under the tree and keep children and pets away. Never touch a tree in contact with a power line: call Enedis (emergency number on your bill).
- 2
Take photos
Photograph the damage before any work: you'll need them for your insurance claim.
- 3
Make safe
Cédric removes anything that could fall and clears access, working on ropes if the tree is unstable.
- 4
Assessment after the storm
Once the danger is gone, we look at whether the tree can be kept and what's needed.
Good to know
- A tree that withstood a storm may have been weakened: a check afterwards avoids a nasty surprise.
- Property managers, hotels, campsites: emergency work is also possible on your sites after a storm or a break.
- If people are in immediate danger, call 112.
Frequently asked questions
What should I do if a tree falls on my house?
Keep away, don't try to clear the tree yourself and call Enedis if power lines are involved. Take photos, report the claim to your insurer and call an arborist to make it safe.
