Privacy policy

Data collected

The contact form collects your name, email, phone number (optional), company name (optional) and message.

Quote requests (homeowners and businesses) also collect your answers about the work needed (type of tree, site constraints…), the address of the job, for businesses the SIRET number, billing address, VAT number and your role, and any photos you choose to send. The SIRET number is used to prefill the organisation's name and address from the public French business directory (recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr). Photos are stored under a random name, never published on the website, and deleted along with your request.

This data is used solely to answer your request and prepare a quote.

Retention

Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted no later than 3 years after the last exchange.

Recipients

Your data is never sold or shared. It is stored by our technical providers (Vercel hosting, database, email delivery) only to run the website.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Only technical cookies are used (theme preference, admin login).

Audience measurement

The website measures its traffic and speed with Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, without cookies or identifiers: only aggregated, anonymous statistics are produced (pages viewed, referrers, device type, loading times, number of calls or requests sent from the website). No data can identify you or track you across websites.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to Margouillat.Elagage@hotmail.com. You may also contact the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
